Road Trip with Jim McNeff

In July, lets try a fun drive/dinner to Big Lake where I will shuttle folks in our boat to the Islander Lodge. Either the 12th of 13th of July will be the day, but call my home number (688-5740) after the 7th of July to RSVP and for specific date and details. The lodge doesn’t start serving dinner until 5pm, so tentatively show around 5pm at the South Port Marina to park your wheels for the 5 minutes boat trip to the Lodge. We have been rained out the past few years with this event, but Patti and I are willing to keep trying! FYI, it takes about an hour and a half from downtown Anchorage to the South Port Marina at Big Lake.....driving the posted speed limits of course! :)
